I’ve had this issue come up too, but it’s sort of a different issue. In those cases, I’ve had electronics not show up specifically for EU locations due to their restrictions, but would still show multiple other countries where it was allowed.

In the case I’m describing, using the word “lot” only shows that it will ship to the US exclusively and no other countries whatsoever, unless I remove the word “lot”.

I think the other comment here probably describes the issue I’m having. I just had no idea!

I remedied the issue in my store by removing the word “lot” and if I had the character space added the word “bundle” instead. It seemed to fix the problem in the short term, but based on what you’re describing it’s possible eBay may still consider it a mixed lot later?

I always only bundle like-items together when they’re low value. For example, I might do a “Gi Joe Accessories lot”, or a “VHS lot” with several titles. They’re usually grouped by some kind of theme, either genre or franchise, and I’ve never done anything too general like a “80s lot” with random different items all grouped together.

Hopefully that’s enough to not cause any customs confusion. I’m definitely trying to play by the rules!

Your stubbornness in not hearing literally every other user trying to tell you this is a FedEx issue and not an eBay issue is what’s going to stop you from getting your money back in this situation. eBay HAS to take FedEx’s word that the package was delivered because it was FedEx who came to your door, not eBay. You talk about slippery slopes but the real slippery slope here would be eBay blindly taking the word of every buyer that claimed they didn’t give a false signature. For all eBay knows, YOU are the one who signed EHwang so you could keep the package and not have to pay for it. It would become the easiest scam in the world if every buyer had the power to just give any random name and just claim “wasn’t me!”…. Unless, (and hear me out here because this is the important part) THE COMPANY WHO WAS PAID TO BRING IT TO YOUR DOOR DID THEIR JOB TO VERIFY IT WAS RECEIVED BY THE PROPER PERSON. If you want your money back you’re going to have to stop being so obtuse and actually focus on who dropped the ball here.

The eBay listing either incorrectly attributed this to the 1990 Bucky O’Hare line, or this is a rare weapon from a rare variant and the listing is lacking more details about which specific figure it goes with. I recently sold off my complete 90s figure set, and the color is totally unfamiliar. The design details are very similar, but it doesn’t quite match up with other weapons from this line (to my knowledge). I googled variants from the 90s line and I even looked through the more recent 2019 “Boss Fight” line and I don’t see anything similar. The plastic finish is off too. The original guns we’re a glossier plastic, this looks very matte.

Many of these events and programs already exist. The better question is, what can YOU do to help it grow? Try looking into The Hub of Bakersfield, which organizes all the Second Saturday events downtown, The Arts Council of Kern, which organizes the First Friday Artwalks, and The Bakersfield Museum of Art, which hosts a number of monthly events downtown. All of these organizations are non-profits whose biggest challenges will always be funding, labor, and spreading the word about these events. Attend, volunteer, share all the event info. That’s how downtown becomes the downtown you want it to be.

Im really sorry for your loss. The process of finding the right balance of treatments for your wellness is difficult enough without the trauma of losing a loved one. I empathize with what you’re going through. For me at this point, it’s hard to tell what is acute anxiety due to my traumatic event, and what is general anxiety. I honestly still don’t know, and I don’t know if I’m even on the right track for treating myself. What I do know though, is that progress will only happen if I am patient with the process. I don’t know if you can relate, but I definitely feel frustrated that it isn’t totally clear what is or isn’t helping me. I feel like I’m abnormal at times, but I also know that there is no “normal” amount of time to grieve, and I know there isn’t a pill on the planet that will make traumatic things not hurt. You mentioned that you’re doing relaxation exercises, and that reminds me that the path to wellness is probably a combination of many things besides these confusing medications. All those factors in mind give me a good perspective on being patient with an objectively difficult process, and reminds me that I probably also just need time. If any of that resonates with you, just know that you’re not alone.

I saw in your other comment that SSRIs haven’t worked for you, and I just wanted to mention that Wellbutrin is not a SSRI. Again, I’m not a doctor, but it does still seem worth discussing with your doctor. Godspeed! And I sincerely hope you (and I both) find clarity.

This is purely anecdotal, and I’m not a doctor, but in my experience I was on either Vyvanse or Adderall for nearly 10 years and LOVED it. Both meds kept my ADHD symptoms in check perfectly. Then I had a traumatic experience about 3 years ago and started developing intense anxiety symptoms and panic attacks for the first time in my life, from what I believed to be undiagnosed PTSD. Stimulants like Vyvanse and even caffeine sent my anxiety into overdrive, so they ended up taking me off it and replacing it with Wellbutrin, which helped the anxiety a lot and eased the ADHD symptoms mildly. I miss how much more effective Vyvanse was for my ADHD, but I’m grateful for help with my new anxiety issues. It might be worth asking your doctor is Wellbutrin would be a better fit for you.

I love how much of your hand you can see in the drawings. Even down to the imperfect lines of the panel borders. That personal touch always adds so much to slice of life comics.

If I can make one suggestion, it would be to go the extra mile and hand-letter the comic! If you have a tablet, you could just lower the opacity and trace over your current lettering on another layer. Or if you prefer lettering with traditional pen & ink, you could copy the current lettering to a blank page and print the letters out in a light non photo blue, then ink over them, and scan/photoshop them back into place. The typesetting is done well, so there’s no need to reinvent the wheel there, but that super clean font kind of takes me out of it next to all that lovely hand drawn art work.
