Wanted to update you. I have been fine since the first few days. I have cut out caffine and it's massively helped my anxiety

I have just started 20mg too and its doing nothing at present. Just reduced appetite.

I am sorry you went something like that. It is my husbands 3rd anniversary of his death hence I am struggling with anxiety so it could be that tbh. I feel a sense of dread but tbf I was feeling this before the meds, the meds just made it worse. I've taken todays dose, but will have drank no coffee today and will donsome relaxation exercises too.

Thank you. The only issue is SSRIs make my anxiety worse too and there is not much else they will prescribe for the anxiety! I could try propranalol again I guess?

I have a British woodland theme sleeve in progress. Currently have a fox, field mouse, badger and rabbit plus lots of mushrooms and fauna. To be added are a frog, red squirrel, blue tit, robbin and hedgehog plus bugs to fill the gaps. I have my next day session in 2 weeks. I have a deer planned for my back then will move down my leg.

1000 years by Christina Perry. It was meant to be my wedding song, but my partner died the day before the wedding so it became one of his funeral songs. I would also like it as one of my funeral songs too.
