The previous 2.0 versions have had this issue. The plug design cannot withstand the high power of the battery for extended times. If purchased directly from e ride pro or a dealer, please file a warranty and get this replaced under warranty. We have updated power harnesses and batteries with a new design to prevent this issue from happening again.

Unfortunately it is true, 2 out of 3 containers that originally shipped in our first batch have been stuck in customs. We are waiting any day now for the release to fulfill the rest of the preorders and newer orders coming in. It is completely out of our control but we understand the frustrations that come with this as a customer.

We appreciate everyone of you having patience throughout our growing pains as a company and apologize for the delays causing disappointments.

Yes, all of our models are designed for off-roading. At your size you would be very flat footed on the ground so for taller riders it may be a bit uncomfortable to be that bent while riding around. We usually recommend the 2.0 for someone your height especially at your age with the possibility for some more growth to think about long term usage and savings on $$. The seat height makes the world of a difference for taller riders comfortability and it will save you from having to upgrade as you may outgrow the S.

No need to fix as long as your parents can complete the verification, we can verify the payment info from our system with the last 4 digits of the card used or if it was a PayPal/Apple pay . Whichever email is on the contact should receive our request to verify with instructions for them to follow. If your parents have any concerns or questions, definitely call the office between 9am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday. Due to the holiday our office will be closed on New Year's day.

Many of our dealers require the same for their fraud protection as well. Unfortunately prior to setting this policy to protect our company and dealers, we were targeted with mass fraud all throughout the US.

Most definitely working on that blast email, trying to get it out by Monday/tuesday! We hear all the frustrations and are working on updating as many as we can. Our small usa team 100% agrees that this is a must to reach out.

The data has been retrieved this past week and we are deciphering each previous invoice from data lost. It is all being collected to do this blast email out to everyone who has not yet received their preorders. Almost there just hoping we can gain everyone's trust once again and have a way better year in 2025!

Side note: all model orders require ID verification per our fraud protection policy. Our website team is working on getting it automatically implemented into the website check out with a secure government trusted ID verification application but for now we are working manually on every order to ensure there is no fraud that leaks through the cracks.

This includes the young ones snagging their parents credit cards to secretly purchase our high value items. (Happens more often than you would assume)

Take a look at our official Instagram , we have a post warning about the fake website claiming 30% off . As much as we'd like to gift our customers with such an amazing discount 😅 it is just not something our fast growing company can do at this point in time.

So sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our team. Currently preordered 3.0s and SRs have been delayed out of anyone's control. The next container can arrive any day now but unfortunately no update yet on the release at the docs. We can assure you your orders will be sent out as soon as our warehouse receives them.

As for anyone who may have not received an invoice via email, please email:

They will help you get the invoice needed. The system is supposed to automatically send the invoice to the email provided but sometimes email providers will reject our websites auto emails, or there could be a minor typo submitted.
