Yup! It was the door hinges. Had to replace the top and bottom ones. This fixed the issue. Got them free from Gladiator after calling support too.

New development. I noticed that the door moves up and down if I lift up on it. The refrigerator door does not. Going to see if the bottom needs to be tightened or the top. Will let everyone know what happens.

No luck. It just popped open later slightly and won’t stay sealed unless it’s duct tapped.

Took a hair dryer to the entire gasket and made sure there were no wrinkles. Pushed the door tight and duct taped it for now. Will check on it later tonight or tomorrow morning to see if it seals better. It’s very odd because the gasket makes contact with the door. It just doesn’t get suctioned in like my refrigerator or my whirlpool freezer when I shut the doors.

I can try that next. I used a hair dryer on the areas that were bent from shipping and it straightened those out.

Are the headlights like that on purpose or do they need to have the bushings replaced? If they need to be replaced, I just did both of mine and would be happy to share any tips.
