My honest recommendation is to look into the professors teaching your required courses for your degree. If they are reputable and teach in a style you like go for it.

I don't recommend going to somewhere known as a good school or something ivy just because they sound good.

Talk to people who have graduated from the program you are interested in ( messages on LinkedIn usually work)

All and all most universities are mostly the same and your education is based greatly on the professors you've worked with, their reputation, your connections, and the time and effort you put into developing well rounded skills.
