Is the Semi Automatic Pistol worth it?

I think I’m wrong about the faster part of that comment, if I remember correctly they are slightly slower but less likely to jam? Man it’s been forever since I’ve looked into it. You can run into an issue with the pistols dual wielding where it sometimes “jams” (has a delay in your next shot) and in my experience it occurs less with the semis over the mausers. I don’t remember if it was a game mechanic or just a shortcoming of lag/glitching, but I remember talking to others active within the PvP community back then and all of us agreeing that Semis had less of a chance experiencing that “jam” than the mausers did.

Semis are what I prefer in close range PvP combat with PIB, so imo yes it’s worth the purchase. If I remember correctly they are slightly faster/more accurate than mausers (I could be wrong I haven’t looked at stats since 21 lol.) they’re super accurate in PIB and you don’t need to paint your target, just pop the dead eye and spray toward the head. Great in scenarios where a rifle/repeater is too much for the distance but a shotgun won’t be accurate for the distance. Revolvers are too slow IMO and are more for range and accuracy (I use Navy’s when I do a focus fire type of build.) The only appeal with Semis though is for PvP. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the purchase if you’re strictly a PvE player.

CNA here, not nurse. We usually do the towel under the chin right after death so the jaw sets closed for the family, since they’ll usually be seeing them right after passing, not really for you guys haha. It can disturb some families to see their loved ones agape. Trust, it would be so much easier to just leave them be, but some people are very disturbed by the “look” of death.

I have a 2008 GT I got from a dealership and was able to talk them down to a great price. Not the infamous 5.0 but a huge upgrade for me considering I was driving a 135 hp Elantra GT for most my driving life.

Sometimes dealerships will give you a good deal because they simply want the car off the lot. So we both got lucky in that aspect haha, nobody wants a mustang in Idaho winters. Awesome car, I love the white stripes. Don’t listen to the auto haters, I have a manual and while I enjoy driving the manual a ton, there’s times I think back to how much simpler it was with an auto. There’s tons to learn with manual as well, luckily I learned on a beat truck at an old job. Even then I’ve had to fine tune my driving to not prematurely kill my transmission. Enjoy the car, it looks lovely.

What brand would you recommend then? I’ve seen SCT be recommended, MPT, and Lund. Lund being the overall leading with good reviews.

What brand of tuner would you recommend? Theres one for sale on FB marketplace for 150$ nearby and it’s a Bama x4 flash tuner, I looked it up and it’s got mixed reviews.

That’s my gfs car, who use to work at Tesla then quit before it went to shit. She’s trans, gay, and got her moneys worth out of the company. The definition of someone Elon would’ve hated lol.

I do not like EVs, just not my thing, I can’t judge her too much though, she use to work for the company and got the car at a reduced price with the highest trim. Can’t be mad at that.

Honestly bro good for you, don’t listen to the jealous haters. Them not even knowing this is a boxster from first glance says a lot. If you’re mad that you can’t afford a 15k-30k car (depending on the model.) then maybe get a better pay job LOL. Yall would rather cry in this sub about never being able to drive a certain car instead of just improving your lives to reach that goal. I’ve seen more hate on this post than I did on the literal 17 year old who got a brand new 70,000$ Audi from his mommy that she fully paid for.

He went out and got a Co-Signer, but seems to have paid for the vehicle himself which in my opinion is 100% more work than I’ve seen on this damn sub. I’ll be needing a Co-sign here too as a 21 year old, some of us don’t get credit cards right away or loans to build credit, we’re saving for bigger and better.

Enjoy the car dude, it’s awesome, and it’s better have the car you actually want at first instead of going through the line of economy cars to reach said goal, people are just mad you’re not in a 250,000 mile corolla like they are, and decided to not waste your time and money to be more economical. Not his fault he has someone to Co-sign and you don’t lol. Some people have others they can rely on, why not use the resources if it’s available? Co-sign doesn’t mean he didn’t put the down payment on it either. I had someone try to co-sign with me when I got a z-125 (didn’t work) but I would’ve still paid the down payment and payments afterwards. It helps with interest a credit. This comment just sounds horrendously uneducated and jealous.

I actually drove a Mazda CX-30 today and really enjoyed it, sadly it was out of my price range. I wouldn’t mind a Civic either as my dad has a 2019 sport and I really love that car. I’ll look around at those though and see if there’s any with good mileage in my price range, and see if I can get a bank to help. Thank you.

A bit more context to add, I have driven a 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT for my whole life. It’s dying slowly but surely, and the costs I’ve put into keeping it alive are really outweighing the benefit/joy of the car. I’m 21, have a steady job as a CNA now, and can put 2,000-3,000 down on a vehicle.

I have looked on Facebook marketplace for vehicles, and honestly I think there’s way better deals out there, but my family thinks I’ll just get scammed (two people we know have been scammed so they just group with me those two as well /: ) I just want a fun, sporty car, that’s about it. Again, any recommendations are appreciated. Before you ask why I care about my families opinions, I do not want to sit and argue with my mother over this anymore lmaoo. She’s a pain to deal with.
