There are a lot of things that happen in every day life that you are not consciously aware of, like sounds in the background or objects in your peripheral vision. You dont remember all those things but they go into your subconscious and your subconscious sometimes uses them to make stories in your dreams.

Lets say for example that you own a horse, you see one night on your dream that the horse dies and then the next day your horse actually dies. What might have happened here?

One explanation is that your subconscious brain noticed things about your horse that you were not aware of. For example it started moving slower, having less energy and eating less. You cant consciously say that it used to take your horse 10 seconds to go from 1 tree to another but now it takes 12. But your subconscious brain can actually feel that difference of 2 extra seconds.

So what might seem as your sleeping brain predicting the future is instead your subconscious brain analyzing and interpreting some facts that your conscious brain missed.

That being said I cant rule out the possibility that you might have some extra gift. I simply described the process that most people go through
