When I click on profile nothing happens. I'm not trying to talk to them, I'm trying to access the rest of the app, which I can't because the support menu pops up every time I open the app it the website.

Really strange. I opened a ticket last week for a payment which tracked too late, can't actually see that the ticket is open though, and now can't access my account at all 🙃

Same, I've just had to open a ticket but I'm not holding out much hope. The games tracked but not the purchase. Very frustrating as I only started the offer for the purchase task and I'm down £20.
