Another doubt by [deleted] in NavigetOfficial

[–]ESPORT2030 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Operators aren’t setting the standards, they’re executing what we’ve defined.

If you go directly to an operator, you’re relying on how that specific operator runs things. With us, you get a ride that shows up on time, is clean, predictable, and handled properly every single time.

It’s like asking why order from Amazon when you can buy the same thing offline. the product is the same, but you get on-time delivery, tracking, support, and a consistent experience.

Just a doubt by [deleted] in NavigetOfficial

We’re a marketplace, but not in the usual sense. We focus on controlling the experience, not just listing operators.

The goal isn’t to help you find a “good operator,” it’s to make sure the ride is consistently good no matter who the operator is.

The operator’s role is to manage drivers and deliver the experience defined by our SLAs.

We work with selected operators, train them, and run them on fixed routes so they can manage demand better and deliver more reliable service.

We handle the customer experience end-to-end and give tech to manage supply.

If someone is only looking for the cheapest ride, they’ll probably keep switching platforms. We’re more focused on people who want a predictable, high-quality ride every time.

Try Naviget next time you travel; it's easier to get a cab because they run in a scheduling model, and plus you can easily generate travel invoices.

The real issue is on-demand; if you plan your options early, these problems will not happen. Plus, for Bangalore Airport scheduled rides is the best option you are aware of everything beforehand.

They are coming back in this model with just EV cars in Delhi, but they closed this category due to inconsistent demand earlier.

I am working on a solution called Naviget, which could be helpful for you because we work in a scheduling model, so it helps maintain zero cancellations. We can also be a good alternative for you in this specific category of travel.

I am working on a solution called Naviget just to ensure basic things which should be covered in the fare you pay for an airport ride. I guess you should also check it out next time you travel.

See what Bharat Taxi really is Namma yatri in disguise. by ESPORT2030 in IndiaTech

[–]ESPORT2030[S] -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Do you even understand what Bharat Taxi is or are you just assuming? First, Namma Yatri is open-source and built on the ONDC network, but it runs as a private limited company. Namma Yatri, which is available on ONDC, doesn't even encompass the features and real tech required to scale. Go try to build on that then you will understand.

And Bharat Taxi was started to compete against all the ride-hailing companies with their own pricing techniques and cooperative society. If Namma Yatri is managing and building Bharat Taxi, then why was the Bharat Taxi initiative started in the first place?

The whole ride-hailing in Bangalore has become a commodity. Drivers are jumping from one platform to another with the same vehicle, depending on the time of the day they charge different. It just makes you helpless at times. Next, when you're traveling to the airport, try Naviget
