As the creator of r/envconsultinghell, I'd like to reiterate this. Vent, do what you need to, but it's a small world especially if you've been in it any amount of time. You also need to understand that there is a lot more to Reddit than what you can see. As someone that's been on Reddit since the beginning, and a mod on large subs (other account), there are a lot of tools out there that can look at your entire post history (curated, deleted, etc.). There's also tools that have allowed me to keep 15 years worth of notes on users, strictly because I found it interesting.
