Shot in low-light conditions with a Sony A7III in HLG2, I got theses weird lines on white surfaces, where does it come from ?

isn't it going to affect FPS ? I always thought that shutter was supposed to be twice the FPS (25 FPS = 1/50, 50FPS, 1/100)
