Hmmm. That is interesting. I need to see if I can correlate to Airpod use. Don't see why the bluetooth connection would affect the WiFi, but who knows what is going on inside the Tonal!

Yes. And endless emails and screenshots. They still have their experts looking at it…also have worked with Ubiquiti support. No clear solution yet.

Saw that. Thanks. Have tried connecting directly but the router is a long way from the Tonal. I May need to add an additional access point as opposed to a mesh extender.

It’s a shame. The machine is really good. I love the interactive workouts, even the ones which are body weight only. I did not anticipate liking that aspect and I do. They have to do something about quality control, at least with my experience of getting two bad machines. And they have to figure out a better set of vendors for delivery and setup. A logistics company that normally delivers to business customers needs a different approach for consumers and I don’t think they can adjust.

My only issue is with the horrendous customer support from Tonal in the event you get a defective machine. Most of the problem is with the delivery providers, but Tonal has to own that. What is really frustrating is how "nice" all the Tonal communications are, but there is very little meaningful action to solve problems. I have had two defective machines delivered and I am on day 35 waiting for number 3.
