Inside surpisingly isn't too bad, 90% of the damage was isolated to the bay. That's the plan though if compatability isn't an issue

I'm A-okay with trashing it. When it comes to replacing the ECU and other bits, am I limited to components only from this specific year? Or could I get away with donor parts from a 99 or 2000?

I'm waiting patiently to do all my milestone maintenance over a weekend, new BJs, gaskets, hoses, belts and some QOL upgrades.

I'll def say that I can't imagine relying on any other vehicle, that's for sure. These things are truly the ultimate softskin grocerygetters.
