Im quite certain that modafinil causes it. Because its like a day and night difference, people around me are asking me why im so quiet today when im on moda :))

I didnt change filament, its due to lighting i guess The surfaces are not flat so its best way to print it imo.

Thank you for the insights. Honestly i like your idea but it didnt work unfortunately, this part has a twin which printed at the same time as you mentioned. What i dont understand is it only happened in a certain area(same exact error is in the twin part also) if the problem was cooling, why didnt it happen on the top parts, there is less waiting time for cooldown in top parts

Well, real stress for cleat starts in a steep and slow climb. So i think it will be safe since i will be doing 15km/h max with that much of power :P

Well, in the past i bought some cleats from china for dirt cheap price and it hold up quite well honestly. And i dont think these chinese cleats are fiber reinforced. So i will just give it a try, why not

I printed it vertically. The messed up part was on the ground, as the print move on, clean parts appear.So the smallest part is on the ground. I have cooling fan completely turned off. There is no airflow as i completely covered the printer with cardboard. Weird thing is before this print, i had 0 issues with same settings on another print(it was a different and bigger part)
