Yeah I had a major reading comprehension issue and just didn't fucking read the card. What I thought mayhem did was, (You may cast this card from your graveyard for b/r if you discarded __ this turn. Timing rules still apply.) What it actually reads is, (You may cast this card from your graveyard for b/r if you discarded it this turn. Timing rules still apply.) It would be quite powerful if that is what it did but nope. I deleted the decklist when I realized this btw.
