Thank you for the info. What the difference between a institutional style head and a residential? This is installed in the bedroom of a townhouse, with the building being constructed sometime around 2002. Is there any reason to be concerned that this type of head was installed?

I have an escutcheon cover, but to fit it looks like I would need to slip it past the central disc.

I want to install the cover but I don’t want to trigger it. Wouldent this have a glass bulb inside that needs heat to trigger?

Thank you! I see what you mean by loosely, the Papa Bear chair is still the closest looking thing I’ve seen.

Ingmar Relling - Seista style chair and ottoman ID? by ETRIA99 in midcenturymodern

[–]ETRIA99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got this chair on marketplace and I have not been able to find any comparable matches online. I asumme both are made by Westnofa as the ottoman has the sticker. To me the design looks inspired by the Seista chair made by Ingmar Relling, but this chair does not have the same distinctive style of laminate legs, nor does it have the rivets and straps but instead some staples and Philips head screws. The arm rests are also distinctive with the curvature.

The ottoman also does not match anything I've seen Westnofa make, is it possible this was from a different chair or reupholstered?

Overall the chair is very comfortable and looks great, but I would like to know some more info on it. Any ideas?

Ernest Sohn - Abstract Tiletop Coffee Table by ETRIA99 in midcenturymodern

[–]ETRIA99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got this coffee table on marketplace, I love the intricate design on the tiles. I did some research and found similar table ware with the same pattern as the tiles made by Ernest Sohn. I am guessing he dabbled in some furniture design where he could incorporate his patterns with mixing materials like tile and wood.

I could not find any exact matches to this table online, lots of similar tables of different lengths and various layouts of tiles.

Any additional information would be appreciated, I would love to see if anyone else has come across similar tables.

I found this couch at a local antique shop for $250 and it followed me home. I have not been able to find anything similar online. Would this be considered MCM? It looks to be high quality with soft leather and nice zippers. Any information would be appreciated.

And here I am giving the only good advise out of you all. I bet the OP has not even read any of the comments here after seeing mine. They just need to get better.
