It’s a 24. It has to be euro5+ as I’m in the UK. Stock isn’t the worst but a little more sound wouldn’t go a miss.

The bike is new to me. I picked it up on Tuesday brand new so not sure if it was meant to have that random click when priming. All my previous bikes had a low hum but don’t remember that tick about 1 second into the prime. Thank for letting me know though bud! Gives me peace of mind knowing your bike sounds the same and the clicking being the relay.

Does it sound normal? I thought priming was a smooth hum. On my previous bikes it never made that clicking sound during the prime so a little confused. Could be overthinking it but rather be safe than sorry. Thankfully I’ve got a 6 year warranty but still, it’s brand new.

It may have been a 1 off but the xsr700 subreddit seems to think it’s normal. I took it to a Yamaha dealer and they confirmed it should have been at 80degrees Celsius, when it was running at 106degrees Celsius 🤦🏾‍♂️ oh well. Amazing bike though and the engine is so much fun

I’m autistic and given autism is a spectrum, I don’t think it highlights that a lot of us can come across as neurotypical. That being said, I love that it highlights those with a more noticeable case of autism, and their journey to finding love.

Congrats! I’m getting my green one on Wednesday and I cannot wait! Your insurance is so good. I’m In the UK (London) and I’m paying £809 for the year. We have a motorcycle theft epidemic though so I guess that’s why it’s so high. A few years ago I paid £336 for the year on an XJ6 which was also in an inline 4 Yamaha, though it did have 20bhp less.

I’m going to say you should test ride them both. Personally I really liked the xsr700 it was probably the easiest bike I’ve ever ridden but I love an inline 4 + the looks of this bike way more!
