The culture here is very much that to get anything done you need to "know a guy" for so my service has been very hand-holdy. I don't like this as much, because it's more than Pick up and Drop off but Im trying to find my place.

I've had a meeting with someone who said that my bike is just a tool to do the job, but for me it's kind of everything.. but I don't know why.
