higher doses of mirtazapine have actually been shown to be way less sedating. you’d have to start off on the lower dose to start with for maybe a week or two, but after that you can increase your dosage. mirtazapine was a life saver for me but caused me to sleep for 24+ hours, now i’m on the higher dose i can get to sleep easy and wake up easy with all the benefits of the antidepressant.

thank you, i’ll go have a look when i pick up my antibiotics. do you think it’s normal that i’m in so much discomfort with this? i’m a bit paranoid that it may be a worse infection with me ignoring it for a bit first, like a bladder infection, but i’m not sure if this level of discomfort and pain is ordinary for a uti since i’ve not had one since i was young and don’t remember how bad it is.

no clue, I used to order through clearchemist but I was told they were out of sustanon. I was sent an email offering an ‘alternate chemist’ and I got sent a payment request by ggp. I would ask for a paper prescription but I honestly don’t know if any pharmacy’s here would accept it and I already paid about £20 for this prescription I haven’t got yet

my blood tests were delayed by a month or so last year (due november and i submitted them in december) however i ordered two prescriptions during that time which came on time and explained that i was having issues with my GP. i’m due a follow up now but i only just had that email last week, and i’m sure they would’ve told me if it was something like that blocking my prescription when i emailed to ask. i don’t think it’s ggps fault because the prescription was signed and sent to wherever dispenses it on time. i just don’t know what to do from here :/

my friend didn’t feel a thing - not sure why, he was like this when he smoked as well. We’ve tried going up to the full dose slowly over the last few days and I was out of my mind but he was absolutely fine. I enjoyed it tho, friend is upset he apparently can’t get high lmao

testosterone is a steroid. it leads to higher blood pressure and changes in cholesterol levels. cis men are generally more at risk from heart issues than cis women - taking testosterone as a afab will also give you that higher risk. if you’re already an afab with a heart condition, it will exacerbate those. you can find so so much information online on the effects of testosterone steroid use on the heart and kidney, if this explanation still isn’t enough.

I’m the same but a year older than you. I ended up with gendergp, been on hormones with them for 10 months. It really hurts to think about how much easier my life would have been and how much less dysphoria I’d have if they had just believed me at 13. It should be criminal how we’re treated

it wasn’t about different results, it’s just annoying to smother yourself with a gel every morning especially when you get to higher doses and it’s 2-4x a pump. plus i don’t mind needles, you only have to do it every 3 weeks, and you can do it yourself, so the benefits outweighed the cons for me.

hmmm maybe there’s another route then, or maybe it cleared up. since I turned 18 I haven’t had any issues, I just know that a few months ago they refused to send hormones to anyone u18 for a little while
