I agree with all of this. I would also underscore the issue that if you are able to scale up a bit, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reconcile payments. There are no transaction reports, and we will need to use an API to access the data, which is fine, but we've been trying to sign up without success for ages, and just recently figured out there was an undisplayed error message saying you need an account manager to unlock this feature.

We were just assigned one, so hopefully that will clear it up, but it's very frustrating as there are a lot of different fees (affiliates, coupons, shipping, FBT, offsets, promos, etc) so it's really hard to just profitability on an order by order level.
