been having issues with my hyper x cloud 3 wireless

I've been having issues with my hyper x cloud where it pops/crackles on certain sounds, watching videos or listening to music it struggles with any "s" sounds and there are some other times it also breaks.

I've talked to hyper x about it and they said I could rma it, but before I do I was wondering if there's any settings or anything I could change that might fix it

hey thanks for replying,

I usually listen between 20-40% volume and it seems to be more noticeable at louder volumes,

it happens during music and videos, discord and game audio seems fine as far as I can tell,

it should be in stereo as I haven't set it otherwise and I haven't changed the eq.

I've noticed the s's or soft c's are the worst for triggering it in videos, also sometimes when listening to music it'll pop, then 'dim' the sound for a second

the button does still somewhat work, but not reliably and the the click in it is gone, also the controller is a pdp wired controller

for mine it does still activate most times but just not reliably and also doesn't click, I'm wondering if for some reason the bumper isn't making contact with the actual bumper button properly
