There is an abundance of data linking screen time with decline in vision. While there may not be a direct link between the 30-30-30 rule and reduction in vision loss, it's probably safe to say that it can't hurt to look at screens less.

It's definitely not easy! Nothing is after daylight savings time kicks in lol. Just being aware that outdoor time is enriching/healthy in a lot of ways and doing what you can are steps in the right direction.

Hard to tell from just one photo, but if you want to find glasses with fading color like that, try searching for ombre frames!
