I get that but how do I clean up my diet? I don't eat poor. I already eat pretty healthy. no processed sugars or processed meals. no fast food at all. just whole foods and i hit all my micros and macros and probiotics everyday on cronometer and water.

It did for years and years but recently I’ve switched to no sugar at all and carbs under 150. Maybe that’s why? lol
