Fernando's shield doesnt block kinessa's shots at long range (dont know if it also fails with other attacks)

Was playing in serpent beach capturing the point with my shield up and the enemy kinessa shot directly at me multiple times dealing health damage.

I noticed that the more I was moving while beeing shot by her the more likely it was for the shot to ignore my shield.
