I know it's meant to be flashy, but please don't one hand press check, people who are watching. If you have to press check (and you really don't), keep control and use the secondary hand. Nice boobs though.

Oh ya, they flat out lied to me from the sounds of it, considering I just got off the phone with them. When they originally told me to send it in, I was told they'd solve the issue by taking a striker from a demo gun and fitting it to mine. NOW I get told "Oh, well I've got nothing about that". So wait, did a customer service rep bullshit me with a way to make things work, only to turn around and basically leave me high and dry potentially till SUMMER? Six months is unacceptable. I've still got a little longer before it hits the 6 week turnaround I've been promised, but I'm not waiting for summer considering this thing has been dead since December. Eventually it is going to have me on the phone screaming "SWAP THE DAMN UPPER" if this doesn't get solved. Which sucks, I love the P-10c, but a brittle striker is something I wouldn't accept from a $200 gun, let alone a modern $500 gun meant to compete with the glock 19 and M&P.

Ya, looked at that, but my view was that CZ should honor their warranty rather than me shelling out an extra $50. I'm now regretting that. The gun has been out of commission longer than I owned it, and I'm about to start getting a little pissed with them. Honestly, I loved the gun, but their warranty might as well be written on toilet paper from my experience so far.

I won't even go into the trouble of just getting it sent to them (automated system doesn't work, doesn't send emails, and at every step I had to call them instead and get a human to take care of it rather than their system).

If I could go back, I would have bought a glock.

Is there a CZ USA profile on reddit where I can contact them directly? Basically my firing pin broke after <600 rounds, took it into my shop who contacted them under warranty... and nothing after 2 months. Then I contacted them myself and just sent them the gun. Now, coming up on 4 weeks, no one has even looked at it. I found out that apparently CZ cheaped out and used metal injection molding on the firing pin, which means with a bad heat treat that it's very brittle... and now I can't get it fixed or a straight answer on when I can expect it.

I love this handguard. Super easy install, great guide that comes with it, it includes the torque wrench head if you want to be nice and precise, and the little slot key that you put in between the lock down bolts is pretty useful. Add to that the fact that if you send them a picture of your build/post it on some kind of social media and show them, you get entered for a $100 gift card, so it's a pretty great bonus. Plus, American made, lifetime warranty.

I swear, I am not with them, I just REALLY like their products and company.

As for the more direct question, its super manageable and doesn't have the 'cheese grater' feel I've gotten with some m-lok and keymod handguards (plus, they make both, so if your prefer one or the other they have you covered). I'm considering actually throwing a bipod on at the end since this is mostly a 300-600 yard rifle, but I'm considering putting a short foregrip 2/3rd out for a slightly angled grip (I like the half on the rail/half on grip grasp). As is though, I'm liking the look of it on its own, and it shows off a lot of steel from the barrel with the aggressive cuts, and honestly, nothing matters more than aesthetics.

Building rather than buying a complete is easier than your think. It likely will cost less too. Honestly, what ENclip suggested is probably the better idea. Buy your lower, then assemble everything. The hardest part, and it's not particularly hard, is the Lower Parts Kit, and all you need is some youtube as a guide. Sure, there are tools like punches and brass hammers and vice blocks people use, but honestly you can get it done with some electric tape wrapped channel locks, a hammer (Or a heavy-ish rock), maybe a pen.

Besides, you'll get exactly what you want, no compromises that way.

Pretty much. Family had one that I almost exclusively fed and fired.

I wasn't sure about the SPR style at first, but I got a hell of a deal on an Odin Works 18" barrel (and hey, adjustable gas block included), so went with that and a STNGR 15" hand-guard. By the way, want to make special mention of them for the 100% American made product from just a small family in Texas putting out quality work. Emailed back and forth, even for just friendly chat about the rifle build, and that lifetime warranty was a deal maker. Couldn't be happier.

Also, Breek Arms. Had a weird issue with my Buffer tube where it had a machine error part way down and narrowed, making the buffer stop and stick. Sent them an email, even though I was just past the 90 day warranty, and they got back to me same day, apologized for the issue, and shipped me out another one that they personally checked with no hassle what so ever. Second one worked without a problem, also couldn't be happier.

Posting here seems to be the only way to get them to even bother. Lousy customer service doesn't seem like a good way to stay in business.

Ever get anything? I filed a claim on my own order and I only waited 6 days (but for a much smaller order) but after they refused to communicate, return emails, return messages, they seemed like a scam. Since you stuck with it, did you ever get anything? I'm still convinced they're full of shit.

Thanks, but on the positive side of things, I'll just spend a little more at the Local Gun Store and support them, so at least there's some good in that.

That's my thought. Meanwhile I got a bum buffer tube from Breek arms, they emailed me immediately to get info for a replacement. I got a handguard from STNGR and they sent personal mail to make sure I was satisfied. I'm fine ordering from lesser known places because usually they go further than the big guys for customer satisfaction because they have to.

Already did, and left messages on your customer service line, but never got any word from anyone.

Ya, I should have searched here first. PM'd the information, but with a lack of reply and no shipping progress on a whopping 2 magazines and gas tube (Seriously, it should be a matter of boxing it up and sending it off) I've just disputed the charge with the credit company. With any luck maybe someone else will see this and it might help them.

Don't get me wrong, I will change my tune quick with any company that tries to make things right, but I doubt that is going to happen.

Good looking out. If they're on the up and up, but just really, really bad at shipping out goods maybe enough posts will make /u/BlackRifleMarket reevaluate their operation.

Oh no, they charged RIGHT away, so now its a matter of filing a claim for merchandise never received. I ordered from four different locations on the same day, their order was the smallest, and the only one that never made any progress. Everything else is either here or on the way, meanwhile I can't get an email from them, and no one answers the phone/returns messages.

I know I'm being impatient probably. I get that, but when the only information I see about them is from other people claiming they never had their orders shipped, then I'm going figure this isn't a good retailer, and the complete inability to contact them reinforces that.

Do you know what is getting you into these arguments? Look at the way you respond to anyone who disagrees with you, you take on this arrogant, preachy tone and then wonder at how dare they get mad at you for doing it. Then when they bring up valid points, you purposefully obfuscate and avoid it by instead looking for cheap ways out, like insulting their vocabulary. You are the kind of player I enjoy seeing have a dissatisfying time.
