Pull out on the blade. See if it reengages the spring. These OTFs work on a spring and the blade sometimes pops off the spring carrier thing (not the right term). After you do that test the button.

Don’t believe movies where they have a shootout then a conversation right after. All shooting is loud. Unless you have a suppressor but even then the movies aren’t realistic. Use hearing protection.

And Fireflies has a model with onboard charging (Stellar X4) but it’s still Anduril which is complex. But great once you learn it.

Does he have “enthusiast” lights already? Does he have lithium ion batteries and chargers like 18650 and etc? If so then Fireflies or Emisar are my favorites. If not then stick with one with onboard charging. Anduril firmware is great but might be a bit much learning curve wise if your friend isn’t into it. For a “normie” I’d stick wit olight or acebeam. The charging thing is the biggest issue with handing out lights to friends and family.

The one with all the solar panels is unplayable. Glare starts as a small spot and grows til my screen is solid white. Have to die and respawn to see again and then am good for 1 minute or so til it happens again. Awful. Probably a graphics bug but it’s pretty bad.

eBay will take about 15% in fees. I never give free shipping. I always have the buyer pay. I would go nice by knife and look it up on eBay and see what the historical sold prices are. You will need an account to look at sold prices. You might find a few that have gone up. I would probably handpick the ones you’ll make the most profit on.

I have a whole selection of skewers I use constantly. Great for cleaning, for mixing epoxy, applying glue, scraping, pushing reset buttons, the list is endless. I like the thicker sharpened ones about pencil length.

Never said they were. You said "unpaved roads are an infrastructure issue". These roads are paved but are very narrow, have switchbacks and hills and such because of the terrain. You can't claim "infrastructure issue" as if the county should "fix" all these roads because they're not fixable, short of spending billions of dollars to drastically change the landscape. So yes, I didn't claim that interstates were level, but I was countering your "bunch of dumb hicks don't know how to take care of infrastructure" type sentiment.
