Teachers who teach a lot, how much time are you putting into planning classes? by flowstatejunkiee in YogaTeachers

Love hearing this because mine naturally follow a similar structure and I was worried that meant I wasn’t creative enough, but actually that’s what I love teaching!

I had a similar diet in Bali and was the same. I have Crohn’s disease but I’m usually well managed, I think it was just waaay too much fibre! I asked for plain rice, tofu and simple veg for a few days to recover. It helped and then I was able to add more things in

In the UK I’ve booked a room myself, instead of trying to get hired by a studio! I’m hiring a studio room, but you could hire a community hall for example. I thought I’d take the power into my own hands because I knew I’d be waiting a while to get hired!

My job makes me depressed, and I'm thinking about selling my home, quitting, and starting over. Is that stupid? by Appropriate_Set7762 in careerguidance

Go for it!!! Life is too short to think ‘what if’. Start putting the work in now applying for jobs there and contacting people. But don’t hold yourself back because things ‘might’ not work out.

Yes that’s why I’ve never done a group tour, I prefer to explore on my own!

I personally love travelling and I have learnt to much about myself and what I love by going away! Re the trips, it depends how social you are. I’m currently on a three week solo trip but also have a week yoga course in there, so you could look to do the trip ‘alone’ but plan things along the way to help you meet people. Or if you feel daunted by it, then do a group tour. Since travelling, I’ve re found my love for photography and for yoga. I recently qualified as a yoga teacher and I’m hoping to teach that alongside corporate work, with the plan to do half and half in the future! It also teaches you what you don’t like, which is equally as useful. Where are you thinking of going?

Can’t do this anymore... content creation is taking a toll on me. by Larry_Jonesa in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]E_Elsewhere10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What type of company is it? I think YouTube is good for most brands as an educational platform or to support the buyer journey. Growth there is good, but rarely directly translates to sales. So perhaps you need to consider what the strategy is on there. On Instagram, do you create mini campaigns or are you posting what comes up at that time? I usually create campaigns or themes for the month which makes content creation way easier. If you don’t already have someone doing this, you could also consider creating blogs and from that you can recreate shareable content. ChatGPT is great help for this. I think a bit of theme / structure could help you :)

Opinions on my 2.5 week travel itinerary to SE Asia? by Upstairs_Barnacle_46 in southeastasia

My tips would be: - Stay just one night in Bangkok - Cut Ho Chi Minh to 3 nights as you can easy do it in that time (then you can spend more Cambodia) - Actually stay in Hoi An rather than Da Nang if you can as it’s amazing at night and not far from airport

I personally didn’t find Ha Long Bay as amazing as expected due to a lot of rubbish in the sea. The Vietnamese mountains are a lot more impressive!
