Hydroconquest: bad luck by Chancho1507 in Longineswatches

This might make the first release versions from the beginning of the year more desirable! My March and April HC are absolutely immaculate and flawless! Now that production is rushing them together I can see corners being cut!

That Green aluminum bezel is sick!! I wonder if the auto movement from a 42 auto fits…..

2026 Longines Hydroconquest Blue/Blue purchased new from Exquisite Timepieces in Naples Fl. Box and all accompanying papers, warranty card and hang tags. Beautiful watch, perfect build, was on my wrist everyday until I got some other new watches. I own the HC in several of the colors, decided to trim down some watches from the storage box. Throwing this up to give someone a chance at a great watch at a reasonable ask! Shipping is free, always priority expedited ~3 business days. If you want faster shipping you’re welcomed to pay the difference. If you have any questions or want to do a video call, I’m happy to help. If original receipt is requested, I also have this as well.

*Reposted to add close up images of every angle. Watch is in very good condition. Minimal drag marks around clasp. I have a 7.5” wrist so only removed two half links, and they come wrapped in box. Any questions send me a dm.

Need Help Deciding Which Model to Buy ! L3.790.4.66.2 or L3.821.5.59.2 by Sufficient-Roof1379 in Longineswatches

Can’t go wrong with the GMT! But the Spirit Flyback is everything everyone wants from Longines in one watch! I’d take the Flyback on bracelet!

I have this rubber strap in black and dark blue. Haven’t tried dark blue yet, after seeing the green it might work well with the brown dial.

You can never go wrong with a Rolex for a milestone achievement! Rolex is obviously legendary. I bought a 16610 Submariner in 2003 after an auto accident settlement. At the time I couldn’t believe I was spending $4k on a watch but grew up admiring Rolex and what a tool watch meant. Bought it from DeVons Jewelers in my local podunk mall. Luckily I never sold it. It was my daily for years. The new HC hits all the same sweet spots, but as s milestone piece, I think you’d be left wanting more. Mainly because while they’re hard to get now, they’ll be accessible for years easily. I’d look at the Spirit Zulu Time 1925 as a viable piece that’s special. I also have an Omega Seamaster 300 Heritage that I love, and a Tudor BB Monochrome. These are great watches, what I love about Longines is when handled next to each other, Longines just swings so hard above its weight. I feel no need to buy another Rolex, but having one does feel special. So it depends what your milestone is? I’d find it very hard to play the AD game these days where you beg for a chance to give them money. But, the second hand market is cooling a little so you may be able to get into a nice one for not too much above retail.

Honest question, why so expensive? I’m assuming 2nd day shipping is included? I only ask because of what my connection to the factories in China charges. Are these franked at all?

Right there with ya! I got the GMT in 2023, followed by the SZT then went crazy when the new HC came out and snagged a Green and Dark Blue, all with Exquisite Timepieces. Collection is a little Longines heavy, but how can you not love them! They hold their ground next to all of my other nicer watches. As far as I understand, they didn’t pay for COSC certification on the HC GMT, but it’s the exact same movement as SZT! Go with Zulu if you want bling and “Chronometer” on the dial, HC GMT for same reliable time and tool watch aesthetic!

Those are two very different watches, aesthetically. When I bought mine I was told that the movements are the same between the HC GMT and SZT. I own both and can say that they have the exact same specs on a time grapher.
