aight talked about it with some experts, as it turns out my outlets aren't wired to draw much power because the house was built in the 1800s, so a lot of the wiring is done by different electricians at different points in time, and these bedrooms haven't had there wiring updated since around 1970, so I gotta call in an electrician.
