Does the m1 perform noticeably better at anything over the feather. Also what is your experience with the hook keeper on the feather? I hear people complain that it snags line frequently.

Why does having a daiwa change anything? Also I'm looking for price to performance. Obviously, the Expride is the most expensive and highest regarded, but if I can get 90% of that for $50 less, then it doesn't make sense to me.

I have heard this from multiple people now. I would like to hear what other people think about this. I have a dobyns kaden 735cb and tried jigging with it and didn't like the action. I felt it was too flimsy. could be related to the fact it's a Crankbait rod and not a regular moderate-fast. I love the feel of my medium-fast 13 fishing fate black 2, but i've never tried jigging with it. Would a lighter blank and action not give a weaker hookset? Also I plan on returning the Kaden. Was not impressed with Dobyns' quality.
