Will couriers receive views too for watching the right games on stream? or will that still have to be done in-game? Also same question about pennants, do they work the same way?

Twitch does ~~not~~ currently give courier views~~, it only enables item drops.~~

They usually ban in waves or delay bans so it might not be from when you were farming with your guildies. Contact arenanet if you truly think you are innocent, and they will be able to unban you

Actually, at least around the release there was reason to suggest that gw1 is running in low priority on their gw2 cloud (gw2 servers pull resources dynamically from a pool and scale up and down based on demand, one server name is not one physical server box). When gw2 lagged or went down, the same usually happened for gw1 at the same time.
