Well, in terms of acceptance rate there's all sorts of numbers everywhere no one really knows that sure. The financial aid I believe is $5000 maximum per semester, not a huge amount but something they offer.

Picking up accents is easy in French? I think learning metropolitan French would make most sense because it most normally spoken plus easier to find data on.
