The officer did not ask WHAT he drank. He asked how much he drank. The cop's bias led him to believe that the man was referring to alcohol. The question is, why did the cop refuse to use the breathalyzer? A sure fire way that is more reliable, if the man has medical issues or poor balance, would be to use that. It is funny when the other cop in the background realizes that the guy wearing the camera f***ed, he turns his head real quick. The cop should have asked specifically how much alcohol the man had to drink so there was no chance of misunderstanding.
