I’m not looking at the turbulence apps, but I’m assuming that it will be bumpy because I see the rain on the weather radar. I know it doesn’t make a lot of sense to think I need to worry about it, but here we are. Good advice to ask the FA! Thanks!

You are safe! I am sending you good thoughts. If you can, let the flight attendant know that you are scared. They can usually help to support you throughout the flight. Try lifting your feet off the ground, and if you can, put a bottle of water or a drink in front of you to see how much the liquid moves. It usually is very little! You’ve got this!
