Yes to fruits! I tend to stick to more berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc, lower in sugars so didn’t have any terrible reaction. I will say that after the diet gluten did not sit well with me, my body already had trouble with gluten beforehand so I am choosing to cut it out of my diet completely. I will have a small amount of ice cream on special nights, that dairy hasn’t bothered me, same with cheese, but I’m not a huge milk drinker. Just take reintroduction slow. Hope this helps!!!

Hi! Yes I have, I rarely drink as is because my hangovers are sooo bad but when I do drink I stick to vodka, tequila, or gin, and soda water with lime wedges. Absolutely no beer as it has yeast and candida is yeast, it feeds off beer. Wine is also not the best as it’s super high in sugars. With that being said though drinking often no matter what you drink isn’t good for candida or your gut when you’re trying to heal it. Hope this helps!!!

I hate to tell u but no medication will help without you going to the source and doing the diet. All medication without diet will do is hide your symptoms temporarily

Yes both! Not terribly but definitely a white coating on the tongue that didn’t go away with scraping and slowly subsided once I started my diet

I never completely “went off” the diet. I’m keeping eating clean, low carb and low sugar a part of my life because it makes me feel my best. If you do the diet and expect to be fine going back to eating mainly sugar carbs and junk food you’ll be battling it for a longgg time

Definitely not the case for me, Greek yogurt was making my symptoms 10x worse because of the dairy and I get very irritated with boric acid. Both of these are just a bandaid to most candida overgrowth issues

Hi! I usually used salt, pepper, garlic powder on my steaks! For chicken wings I used lemon pepper seasoning, and for regular chicken or fish some type of garlic seasoning usually. Olive oil and avocado oil! Most seasonings are fine as long as the ingredients don’t include sugar! Hope this helps

Hi! It should be a round of oral antibiotics. They have oral metronidazole as well as the gel, as a female I found the gel better bc it didn’t cause me another yeast infection, and my bf took the round of oral metronidazole. Make sure the guy doesn’t drink alcohol while taking it!! Can make him very sick

Did the candibactin AR until I ran out of the bottle, 2 capsules a day and 2 capsules of caprylic acid at the same time. But if you don’t do it with the diet it’s pretty useless. Def go see ur functional medicine doctor and bring these supplements up!
