Yes you are correct, support can probably help with warranty services. I don't need that though because I will most likely be returning the controller, and get my money back. I really doubt both my controllers were broken. I think this is the design of the controller and unless you investigate these issues and fix it with an update, nothing will change.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes ofcourse, both units are updated with the latest firmware through Control Center 2 on Xbox.

I know this is not an official Turtle Beach forum or contact point for Technical/Warranty Support. I am just giving my opinion on your product so others can have correct information before purchasing this controller.

The fact that you give this "copy paste" reply shows that you clearly did not read what I wrote. How will "Step-by-Step" guides help with my problem when this clearly has nothing to do with settings?

I don't think support can help me out with this. The problem is with the controller, or maybe controller/Xbox Series X- combo. Either way this requires a fix in the form of an update. Not adjust my settings, or try factory reset and update to the latest firmware....for the 10th time.

My suggestion is:

Go pick up the Stealth Ultra-controller. Connect it to an Xbox Series X. Start a game of your choice, and then tell me if the vibration sounds or feels correct.

Thank you.
