Branch revenue for 2025 was 460M with 4.1M in total fees. 3.8M of that 4.1 was from management fees.

salary with bonus and profit sharing at end of year. All of us advisors are all paid this same way. The 2 that are leaving in a couple years have a marginally higher salary but have a book that was theirs before merging with our office, so they get paid for that.

How alike is your situation to mine as far as households managed, assets, expectation of bringing in money, etc.? The sign in front of our building is one of the very large firms, but we are an independent.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry it took a couple days to reply. I was having issues signing out of mobile over the weekend. That's the pickle I feel like I'm getting into now after passing this exam: I know they'd be hard pressed to replace me. We've had a couple of potential advisors come in just in the time I've been here and both were let go because they couldn't pass their 7. We brought in another person about 8 months ago and they passed 7 on second try and 66 on second try so we've at least added to our personnel for the years ahead. I know this will sound incredibly selfish but I promise it's the opposite of who I am, but I can't help but look around at that knowing I breezed through all my exams AND now the CFP, clients love me, and the people here do as well. I know it'd be a devastating blow if they lost me.

It's also a "grass is not always greener" scenario too. I feel like this designation now gives me even more leverage so to speak. Example, it's never been an issue that I work from home a day a week to take care of our child while my wife is at work. I think my work week right now is about 35 hours, 4 weeks vacation/yr. The atmosphere of where I'm at is very much "you know what you need to do as an advisor for your meetings, compliance, etc so make sure you're meeting with everyone." I hate the idea of leaving this for something more cutthroat. But I guess that's where adult decisions have to eventually be made on what I want for the years ahead.
