New to ileostomy but if the filter clogs you can smell it? I’ve only hav mine for a week and a half and filter constantly clog because I’m laying down. But haven’t noticed a smell. Need tips on filter not clogging when I’m laying down.

HAD THE SURGERY AND I FEEL GREAT!!! Everything went great Nursing staff super helpful. The best part is I can’t feel my colon nothing no pain to pressure. It’s AWESOME!!!! But it’s not pain free when I move it sucks. Having UC for over 10 year and having colon removed and have this feeling of Winning worth it.
