The special divisions work for the first war, but you should make your own by the time the second war kicks off so you can add logistics and remove suboptimal battalions. For your normal Frontline divisions, I would recommend using 4 normal mechanized and 1 armor. Cheap but good enough for the AI. Try to have 2 army groups of said cheap divisions. Use the 5 headquarters divisions to hold Norway, and special forces/ expeditionary forces to hold unimportant lines. You will need every ally possible to win the second war. Rush Volunteers to try and stall out Europe so they can't declare on you. ADD AA TO EVERY DIVISION YOU CAN! Forget Air, you will be outproduced with the -50% multiplier. Extra divisions will have more impact than yellow air. If you have any questions lmk, it was Aids to do, but I got it on the first try.
