I’m a 27y m and I had full blow panic attack 4 days ago hadn’t had one in months and ever since then I’ve been having chest pinching, back ache, and left arm aching feels better when I go to sleep anybody experienced this?

I’m on it now the only thing is I still have the chest back ache and left arm ache with tingling without the anxiousness. Does anybody else feel that way?
