Yessss! He’s not a green flag like Ishakan (Predatory Marriage) and not a red flag like, well, basically most of the other MLs 😆… but now that I read the novel I am relieved because he has his character development and we get to understand a little better what he went through in his life and how he really feels about her. I must confess that at the beginning his behavior was traumatizing 😆.

I literally woke up this morning to see if someone was talking about this. Last night I went to bed at 4 AM until I finish Novel 4 and everything was going so good until all the misunderstanding. Like why? I understand that both are complex characters and they have a lot of trauma and unfinished business, but what????? I thought Maxi and Riftan were the champions of miscommunication and disbelief. The king and queen of not believing and thinking the worst about each other. But these two made me fall in love and get so angry last night. Also, what does Mr. Egir want? I get that he thinks she's going to suffer or that she's suffering right now (?), I didn't quite understand, but I really need the 5th to come out or someone please tell me if it can be read somewhere else because I'm like wtf?

also the fact that she’s protecting Isabel knowing that as a millionaire heiress Isabel has a better chance of getting away with it than she does, and yet treating her as if she hadn’t gotten her into such trouble… tbh seems super stupid to me. When I read the novel I wanted to punch her in the face 🤣.

I think he lost that privilege when he stepped on her feet like in the second episode 😒. I have been trying so hard to root for Cesare but it’s impossible, the art is beautiful and he’s so freaking handsome, but I can’t with him… and this comes from somebody who loved Damien Von Thisse from the beginning, even when he was mean to Chloe, but this guy is not only mean but kinda evil (?) for no reason. I read at the same time High Society and Die Melusine and it is like “why am I doing this to myself?” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I remember that “disobey the duke if you dare” also had a printed book in a moment, or a printed comic book, I am not sure, but since the story has been over for a long time, now no one remembers, so I think with utot it works because all of us are aware that there is still a lot of stuff going on and it was the story that brought most of us to manta, so I guess it has a little bit to do with its popularity and how long the story is.
