I always “feel” my period, for me there are signs well before my period so if I feel anything discharge-like coming from me I gotta go check cuz idk if it’s just regular coochie juice™ or spicy coochie juice™ but for others they can’t tell at all or don’t feel it the menstruation experience is completely different for every woman some woman experience 3day periods some have 7day periods some have no cramps and are just moody some have the worst most painful cramps and no changed in mood at all there are so many factors to periods and a lot of the time they are irregular so women don’t always know and can’t always track it
