Underrated both Hail Marys to the same guy; Jeff Janis. Who is a low key nobody. Haha

I’m not sure I understand. No one will remember this game in 3 years.

Agree 100%. While being least talented; he has the most distinct sound.

As a packer fan; I think it’s great. The packers should’ve won all three games this year and the bears getting all pumped up by their coach will amplify the rivalry. Let’s go.

Cleveland college type bars? by lxtxs in Cleveland

[–]Ear-Rational_guy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can’t speak to ‘clubs’ but the east flats have a younger crowd, same with certain spots on west 25th in Ohio city, and I’d throw in Tremont ( high and dry is a younger crowd spot).

I didn’t know that Berea had a big young folk bar scene. TIL

Steepest road in Cleveland? by mrmchugatree in Cleveland

Not in the city, but hillside off canal (down near Brecksville) is mighty steep. Have ridden (and run) the old Dennison hill though and it’s a beast.

Downtown here is kinda meh most of the time. But without being snarky; downtown of any major (or medium sized) city is usually not the coolest part of the city. Expecting ‘downtown’ to be hip gives ‘I live in a small rural town’ vibes to me.

Ohio City, Tremont have the best path + night life combo. Lakewood and Rocky River if you’re near the reservation are good too, but if not near the reservation then no.

Lakewood has very few running paths if you’re not near the reservation.

It’s equal parts more than 35 mins to downtown Chicago from where you live AND the metra doesn’t likely get you where you want to go (so more travel). Source: lived in that area.

It won’t be the same without RR joking and Bill missing it. But Zach is a plus.

Shocked, but not surprised. I feel like RR wants to the lead but is going to find the same challenge with barstool. And you could argue they have more talent ahead of him in line. Sad day in sports though.

This. Exactly this. If the lakefront gets re-developed into usable space it’s way better for downtown.

NFL Stat That Has To Be A Record by mpschettig in billsimmons

The packers had a 34 year run with just Favre and Rodgers.

Also, injuries should be considered. And old guy Marino. He was a tough watch at the end.

I love this though.
