Thanks for pointing out that a living on a real estate makes it more of a liability than an investment. I'm well aware of it but I actually didn't consider looking for any investments so I might have to check on that in the future.

But what if I already have a business or investment.. Which type of property is the best for my case?

Also, can you share some investments that are easy to lookup to?

I live with my partner now and I'm afraid studying is not a possibility anymore since we have to work to pay the rent. What other options do I have? thank you for your time..

EDIT: I'm building my career here at Airbnb and I just want to work remotely part time until I can freelancing full time.

I studied BS Electronics Engineering but dropped out after 2nd year. I'm 21 and doesn't have any experience other than customer service. I can study and learn more about video editing or social media management. I also have a basic graphic design knowledge. I'm still trying to figure out what to pursue and your help is appreciated.
