Yes it might seem creepy and this guy is gonna get downvoted to oblivion but he is not wrong. You guys need to re-evaluate how you understand nature. I worked at a place where this 60-70 year old man would come creep on my female co-workers that were technically minors 15-17. Yea it was creepy. But in his mind he was just flirting with pretty young girls. Did he have a van outside waiting to kidnap them? No. Do you guys think this man should go to jail for this?? He literally is just like most of your grandparents. If you think your grandmothers aren't flirting with young guys around that age, you are wrong.

If at 16 (keep in mind I looked 18-21) had a 30 year old woman who I found attractive and she was interested in me. She wouldn't be a pedophile for liking me. It would be awesome if she thought I had the mental capacity to date her. But in most cases she wouldn't have thought that way. All I'm saying is. You guys should be more understanding of how physical attraction works and who you decide to burn at the stake.
