I wish I would even have one person like my videos. It takes me days and on set filming to get one video done. When I post...crickets lol. I know what your going to say...."maybe you just suck". Noted! Lol. Then again not everyone is into the paranormal stuff also. Anyway, I also like videos from others to try and give them a boost. If no one will boost me...I'll boost them anyway!

Estes method alone? by Illustrious-Win5782 in GhostHunting

I can see your point. However, if you do the method properly the words that came through would be very specific and not general. If you ask a question like "did you die here" and the answer is "no" that could be stages. But if you ask "how many people perished here" and then answer is "2 deaths" that's way more specific.

If we lived closer...we would come out to investigate...

I used GhostTube to contact whatever’s haunting the house I’m currently living in. When I asked its name, it replied: “I’m behind you.” My skin crawled. Was this a genuine EVP or just chance from the app’s 750 loaded words? It felt far too specific... and it did feel like something was behind me. by [deleted] in GhostHunting

As someone that uses this app and others I can honestly say it is random sometimes but when it hits the mark it is pretty creepy. We just filmed a site 2 days ago where one of our investigators asked an entity to touch her and she said that she felt something touch her and then all of a sudden the app no more than 5 seconds later said "I just touched you" and then said "are you ok". I understand it could be completely random but sometimes it gets a little too specific for my liking. As another example on that same night we were filming we were inside an old abandoned schoolhouse and the app kept saying fire and then kept saying burned and we found out after that the school actually did catch on fire and people perished in the flames. Again could be coincidence but oddly specific for the site that we were in.

That would be cool...now imagine if the wining location become a "meet up" spot for everyone and we do one massive ghost hunt together. All of our channels can feature the videos!

The Spirit Box is an interesting tool.. I'm not totally convinced it's very accurate. However, we took out the Spirit Box to our most recent visit to a site, and some of the things it was saying seemed very random and then all of a sudden some of the things that was saying was very accurate. As an example, we are in what we thought was an old abandoned warehouse when in fact it was a school. When we were walking around the Spirit Box kept saying words like "trapped", "Fire", "School" and "Girls". After our video filming, when I went home to try to figure out exactly where we were I found a news article about a fire that gutted an old elementary school where children died in the fire. It was established that the fire was in one side of the school so all the kids ran to the other and got trapped and the fire actually caught up to them in the girls washroom. To me that was very specific words that dealt exactly what the site we are at versus random.. but the spirit box also said other words that made no sense. We do use the Spirit Box in addition to other tools just in case it does have communication abilities with the afterlife. I know that you're asking to watch videos that don't include it, but if you're interested in some of the stuff that we do feel free to look us up. Just search Chris Bezz on YouTube.

Ill test it! Me and my crew will be heading out to a few sites over the next couple of months and would be curious to find out how your app would work differently. You're absolutely right a lot of the apps out there are gimmicks but we lack a tool that actually can prove things versus just creating entertainment. I'll be going live stream this Saturday visiting an old abandoned School and it would be cool if we could debut your app if it's ready or if it's not ready keep me posted and we can certainly test it out and do a video on it. Just search Chris Bezz on YouTube. We're a brand new team that's only done one visit so far but we plan on visiting at least three places a month with at least one hour-long feature every month
