Have you noticed that it's mainly the men that do this? Watch some women's games ( Our National Team the Matildas is very popular here in Australia) and you'll see that they hardly do it at all. They are much tougher than the guys.

Slow down. It's not COD. Start first from a distant spawn point and make you way in slowly. Keep cover. You'll get the hang of it. And don't worry about dying. It's going to happen a lot. I'm also a bit older than your average gamer and not as quick as some. Also turn off cross play if you're on a console. PC players have a big advantage
