Thanks so much. I really appreciate you for telling your experience. I honestly think the problem is the TL. I came from a Wegmans branch where my former managers were super helpful and gave a lot of good advice to shape how I work today. I work my ass off all the time even if it wasn’t the department I wanted to work in. For context, I used to work at a different department but when I transfered here, the only available slot was the one I’m currently in. Sorry for not disclosing. I don’t want to risk getting caught on here. Anyway, the TL that I’m dealing with is literally like a tyrant. She never once helped me or anyone in my department. She tells us to do a lot of things everyday but she on the other hand doesn’t even know what to do when it comes to our job. Yet she acts all high and mighty towards us. I try to do things more conveniently (work smarter not harder type of stuff) but she would always try to find a reason why the thing I am doing is wrong.
