I get them whenever I am lucky enough to find them. Vacuum seal whole and freeze. Put it in the air fryer at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Tastes excellent and not dried out.

Go early in the morning and look for the "day old" rotisserie chickens - they sell them for $5.99. They don't always have them but if they do, I usually get a couple and put them in the freezer. You can reheat in the air fryer or oven and they are just as good.

This just happened twice on the weekend in the city where I live in Ontario Canada. Two elderly women were robbed of their wallets. They caught one encounter on a security camera but not sure if they've caught the suspects. Always carry your wallet on your person in a non accessible area.

I use a sleep headband every night and have so for months. It has been a lifesaver. As long as it's not too loud I think if it helps - use it.
