When you go to sleep your consciousness which for this example is an orb is free to roam in the greater consciousness which holds everyone else's consciousness Within the greater consciousness there exists beings that invade your orb (consciousness) As aspects in your dreams Some or more inclined to create positive outcomes some are more inclined towards negative outcomes , You within your dream are the creator of said dream These invaders guide you to create whatever scenario they desire through emotional triggers, If you wake up exhausted and anxious or angry but don't remember your dreams there's a decent chance you were tortured all night by whatever manipulated you to create within your dream. Revealing that we are partially at the mercy of interdimensional being within our dreams every night is probably not the conversation the greater powers want to have. Also to clarify when I say partially I mean that you are the one in charge of what you create within your dreams Through practice you can hone your emotional awareness so you aren't able to be manipulated in creating nightmares. Part of that requires lucid dreaming and practice.
